About Three Good Things

This is a simple tool to increase well-being.

Dr Martin Seligman, the founder of positive psychology, describes this exercise in his book Flourish: A Visionary New Understanding of Happiness and Well-being.

After one week of using this I was noticeably happier, and I found myself actively seeking things to be happy about - which in itself makes me happy.

About me

Hello, my name's David. I'm a freelance web developer based in Sydney, Australia. Like many people, I occasionally get depressed.

This was a project I started in the summer holidays. I enjoyed building it and kept working on it in my spare time. It's been a great experience, and I learnt much more than I expected. I plan to keep it free. I hope you enjoy using it. If it helps at least a couple of people increase their well-being, it'll be more than worth it.

If you're a techy, you can read about how I built it.
