This is a simple tool to increase well-being.
Dr Martin Seligman, the founder of positive psychology, describes this exercise in his book Flourish: A Visionary New Understanding of Happiness and Well-being.
After one week of using this I was noticeably happier, and I found myself actively seeking things to be happy about - which in itself makes me happy.

Hello, my name's David. I'm a freelance web developer based in Sydney, Australia. Like many people, I occasionally get depressed.
This was a project I started in the summer holidays. I enjoyed building it and kept working on it in my spare time. It's been a great experience, and I learnt much more than I expected.
